Food is a very important part of a Retreat, it can make or break your retreat experience, supporting the transformation or slowing it down with heavy to digest meals.

This is why we have invited an amazing award winning vegan chef and a beautiful person - Chef Eileen. She will be preparing delicious light and nourishing meals to support our retreat program in the best way, whether we go on a hike or are immersing into meditation. You will feel deeply cared for throughout the whole time of our retreat and your body will be so thankful for this experience! Chef Eileen is a nutritionist too, so she can answer your questions and skillfully work around any food allergies.

This retreat is “no alcohol, no animal foods” so that our energy is clean and can be dedicated to our spiritual growth and transformation rather than digestion of heavy foods, like meats etc.

What is included:

·         3 daily vegan delicious and nutritious meals on full days

·         Welcome dinner on day of arrival; grab n´go breakfast on departure day

·         Water, tea, coffee served throughout the day
